Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. As a teenager, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. She won her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the oldest IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to finish her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished third in the competition. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using machines, along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
